Registration Confirmations
Confirmation of registration is sent out via email after you register. Please make sure you have provided us with a valid email address as this is how we will send you important information regarding your stay.
Payments/Deposits
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment in full must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival for all programs.
Payment plans are available upon request, an initial set-up fee of $25 is required. Draft payments can be set for either the 1st or the 15th of the month for the amount you designate.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Email to registration@novusway.com, fax to 828-687-1600 or mail to the address above.
Non-Summer Programs – A 35% Administrative Fee will be charged for all cancellations.
Cancellations made 30 days or more from program date are eligible for a full refund minus the administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days notice but more than 10 days are eligible for a refund of 1/2 the program cost minus the administrative fee. Cancellations made within 10 days or less are not eligible for a refund.
In the event of illness or extenuating circumstances additional allowances can be made.
Scholarships
Financial assistance is available upon request. Please download the scholarship form found below and return to the registration office. You can also submit this form online. Please make sure the form is filled out in its entirety.

Weather Policy
Cancellations made due to inclement weather are not subject to a refund, unless the cancellation is issued by NovusWay. The safety of our guests is of the upmost importance to us, that is why Program Staff watch weather and road conditions very closely to determine if a program should be cancelled. Typically, unless interstates and highways leading into the city are closed by the Highway Patrol camp will remain open. In the event of a NovusWay Cancellation a full refund will be given, all other instances will be evaluated on a case by case basis by request.

Every youth is required to have a completed health form for overnight stays.
